  • Here at Upscale Social you can guarantee that your rental will be in its best condition when delivered to you.

    Every item will be cleaned and sanitized between every rental.

    Our ball pit balls are all inspected and individually washed and sanitized using our commercial grade ball cleaning machine.

    Please ensure that all of our rules are followed to maintain cleanliness of our equipment. Absolutely no food or drinks, shoes, face paint, glitter, confetti, slime, pets etc.

  • NO FOOD/DRINKS-Cake, Cupcakes, Candy etc.

    NO FACE PAINT.

    NO SILLY STRING

    NO CONFETTI OR GLITTER.

    NO SHARP OBJECTS

    NO PETS

    NO CLIMBING ON THE BOUNCE HOUSE WALLS/ROUGH PLAY.

  • Delivery is based off of the distance from our warehouse in Round Rock, TX to your delivery address. Every rental will have a unique delivery fee. Make sure to inquire to receive a custom quote.

  • We require a 30% NON REFUNDABLE deposit to book our services. a 100% cancellation fee is taken if the cancellation is made less than 1 week before your event.

    Don’t worry!

    We know life happens, and if you need to reschedule, we are happy to do so. Reschedules can be made with 1 calendar year as long as we have availability.

  • We do NOT set up in rain. We can’t control the weather (especially in Texas!), If it happens to rain the day of your event, we would resort to a plan B. Our soft play areas are suitable to fit indoors, as well as our toddler bounce houses! Depending on availability, we will do our best to accommodate a rental that will work best indoors. We will not set up where mud is present, uneven or wet surfaces.

    Deposits are non refundable for weather related cancellations, you may however, use your deposit as credit for a future date. This credit is valid for a full year from your event date and we will work with you to rebook upon availability on our schedule.

    If unexpected rain does occur after we have delivered, please turn off the bounce house blower immediately. If there is soft play please move all equipment out of the rain. There are no refunds after delivery.

  • YES! Upscale Social Is a fully licensed and insured business. If your venue requires a certificate of liability, please send us an email and we can send that your way.

    Upscale Social will always follow safety protocols and can ensure you peace of mind when it comes to your littles safety!

  • We love to see our bounce houses dressed up!

    To ensure that there is no damaged caused to our bounce houses, please only secure the balloon garland with 260s. Do NOT use your own adhesives such as command hooks, tape, etc. Our bounce houses come with hooks that can make applying a balloon garland easy!

    We always recommend using a professional who uses commercial grade balloons for your event. We provide balloon garlands and can take care of all of the hard work to make your day a breeze.
