Balloons are what Upscale Social is known for. Our designers build organic balloon garlands, full balloon arches, balloon walls and balloon columns that look lush, layered and intentional, never like a store bought kit.
Every installation uses professional grade latex balloons in custom color palettes that we digitally match to your theme, invitation or brand colors. We deliver, install, and come back to take everything down, so you never touch a balloon pump.

We deliver balloons to homes, venues and offices across Austin and the surrounding areas. Bookings start at $750 within 50 miles, and $3,000 beyond.

Balloons questions
How much does a balloon garland cost?
Balloon garlands are $30 per foot. Upscale Social installations start at a $750 booking minimum for events within 50 miles of Austin. Final pricing depends on the size of the garland, balloon types, add on backdrops, and your delivery address. Fill out our Hire Us form for a custom quote.
How far in advance should I book balloon decor?
We recommend 2 to 3 months, but we do accept shorter notice when our calendar allows.
Do balloon garlands hold up outdoors in the Texas heat?
We use premium latex that is built to last, but direct sun and high heat shorten any balloon’s life. For outdoor summer events we plan for shade when possible, adjust setup timing, and recommend the best balloon finishes for heat.
Can I set up my own balloon garland?
Yes, but you must still meet our $750 minimum with your backdrops and other services.
